    After my car got a flat tire Toyota sent them to replace it. They were supposed to show up at 1:45 only to appear after 3, which made me late for work. I called them multiple times and was told that the driver was only "a few minutes away" for over an hour. The guy that did work on my car was really friendly and got the job done quickly but I wish it could have been done when they said they'd do it, instead of long after. If I can avoid doing business with them I will.
